Dr. Mario is a third generation male dentist. He received his doctorate from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health and continued his education with an emphasis on oral surgery, implant placement and restoration.
Being a Butte native, in his free time Dr. Mario enjoys taking care of his horses and cattle herd. He loves to spend time with his wife, Dr. Mimi, and their two daughters, recreating in the outdoors.

Mimi (Kara) Bartoletti D.M.D
Dentist
Dr. Mimi is a third generation female dentist, following in her mother’s and grandmother’s footsteps. Dr. Mimi was raised between Poland and California. She received her doctorate from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, where she met Dr. Mario, her husband. Dr. Mimi specializes in oral surgery and esthetic dental restorations.
In her free time, Dr. Mimi enjoys recreating in the outdoors with her family, is a passionate skier, and also enjoys any ranch activity that involves animal husbandry or diesel engines.

From our Family to Yours
Drs. Mimi and Mario both started their careers in dentistry from a young age. With their parents and grandparents being dentists, there was little doubt that dentistry was rooted in their DNA. They both have interesting stories to tell, just ask them!
Dr. Mario started his dental career by joining his father in private practice. He spent the years gaining additional certifications, including in the fields of implant placement and prosthodontics. He believes everyone deserves to be pain free and have a smile.
Dr. Mimi spent the first eight years of her career practicing public health dentistry. She has a certificate in public health and is an empathetic provider who believes in health equity and whole person healthcare. Dr. Mimi spent many years traveling internationally to deliver healthcare services prior to settling in Butte, MT. She believes that teeth are an essential part to a person’s systemic and overall health.
